Since 1960, Siggs AC has been family owned and operated, now in the third generation. Over more than 60 years, we have built a legacy and reputation of honest, efficient, and reliable HVAC system installation, service, and maintenance.

About Us

1960

Founded by W.C. Siggs, working with local SWFL builder Michigan Homes to build communities like Tanglewood in Fort Myers and focusing on residential new construction, service, and installations. After growing rapidly, transitioned from their home to a warehouse on Palm Beach Blvd, where the business remains in operation over 65 years later.

1981

W.C.'s son, Richard, and wife Sharon, take over the business, keeping the family tradition of serving the community. Richard continued operating the business until retiring to focus on golf at 73 years old.

2024

After growing up in the business and years as a general contractor and home builder, Kenny, and wife Kirsten, take over the business, extending the business to the third generation. The company has renewed their focus on high quality, reliable, and honest operations, specializing in residential new construction, service, maintenance, and installations.
